The IDEA ring Frames from COGNETEX are designed to produce high quality yarn at high speed with excellent performance.

IDEA Double drive allows to work yarns of different type, colour and count on the two sides of the machine which are completely independent from each other.

The count range which may be processed is from Nm 10 to Nm 140.

Cognitex has designed a new head stock which enables users to change the drafting ratios and twist settings by means of E -Drive mechanism.

Also Cognitex has an in-built spindle monitoring device which allows yarn breakage detection, spindle speed control & automatic adjustment of the spinning speed based on the standard breakages set.
